LinkedIn MCP server for Claude
A hosted MCP server that gives Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code a full set of LinkedIn tools. Jobs and companies work with no LinkedIn account. People, posts and your inbox go through your own account, within safety limits.

Questions
- Is this an official LinkedIn MCP server?
- No. LinkFetch is independent and not affiliated with LinkedIn. Jobs and company data come from LinkedIn's public pages; everything about people, posts and your inbox runs through a LinkedIn account you connect yourself.
- Do I need to connect a LinkedIn account?
- Not for jobs, companies, AI functions or your saved leads: those run on LinkFetch's own dataset of 8.4 million job posts. You connect an account only for people search, profiles, posts, connections, messages and invitations.
- Is there anything to install?
- No. The server is hosted at https://linkfetch.io/mcp. You add the URL and your API key to your AI app and it's ready; nothing runs on your computer.
- Can Claude send messages or connection requests without asking?
- Writes (messages, connection requests, comments, reactions, follows) are separate tools from reads, so you can keep them on “ask every time” in Claude's tool permissions. Every account also has daily and weekly limits that LinkFetch enforces whatever the AI asks for.
- What does it cost?
- Free to start: 500 credits and 1 LinkedIn account, no credit card. After that, credits come in one-off packs (1,000 for $19, 5,000 for $79, 20,000 for $189, valid 12 months), and each extra LinkedIn account is $29/month. Each tool call costs a flat number of credits, listed below and in the tool's description, so Claude can see the price before it calls.
